Required skills:

* 3+ years QA experience testing complex software systems
* 1+ years QA team leadership
* Good knowledge of QA practices and software development methodologies
* Experience in writing software testing documentation
* Excellent communication skills and high level of English is a must
* Strong analysis and problem solving skills (be able to provide root cause analysis)
* Leading and tutoring skills, ability to educate new employees
* Experience supervising a team
* Experience in testing web-applications
* Experience with load, security, automation testing
* Programming languages knowledge SQL and some development experience
* Familiarity with source control tools
